DATASOUND GmbH was founded in 1998 by businessmen Johannes Hamann, Olaf Herling and Detlev Meinerz in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany.
Development of the DATASOUND system began that same year in cooperation with such organizations as the Fraunhofer Insitute, the University of Mannheim’s College of Engineering, Siemens AG and the Steinbeis Foundation.
In addition, many well-known companies provided invaluable advice to DATASOUND during the development process, thereby contributing to achievement of this innovative technology.
DATASOUND GmbH holds numerous international patents, and is marketing its system all over the world in conjunction with cooperation partners.
